On the trip, consumption of intoxicants or prohibited drugs is strictly prohibited and The Pack And Go Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for a situation arising out of this.

Carrying weapons, firecrackers, and harmful chemicals is prohibited; should a traveller be booked under Indian laws, the entire responsibility shall be on the traveller himself.

Organisers shall have the right to have a traveller expelled from the trip without any refund if he disobeys the rules or behaves in an objectionable manner with fellow co-travellers.

If you walk out of the camping area, The Pack And Go Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for your safety and activities therein.

In the case of damage to the camp site material (viz., tents, mattresses, pillows, etc.), the traveller shall be liable to pay for the full price of the same.

The Pack And Go Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for the loss or theft of the travellers' personals.

All travellers must bring along a valid government identity proof.

Only the travellers who confirm their bookings with The Pack And Go Pvt. Ltd. shall be allowed to enter the camp site. Should you wish to bring along a guest with you, prior intimation is a must.

It might not be available hot water all the time.

Until the full and final amount is deposited, no booking will be considered as confirmed.

Technical faults in vehicles happening during a journey will have the travellers waiting till such time the repair programme is over. There will be no alternative vehicle made available.

Changes and delays in the itinerary could be caused by natural calamities, weather, political events, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Pack And Go Pvt. Ltd. will not take any responsibility for this.

In cases where delays caused by traffic or other causes will compel them to cancel some activities, the Company will not assume any responsibility.

At any time and depending on the situation prevailing locally, the Trip captain can alter the itinerary.

All passengers are requested to aid in keeping the environment clean and safe.

Once tickets or registrations have been booked they cannot be cancelled or transferred.
