Himachal — Jibhi, Manali & Kasol Road Trip

Jibhi, Manali & Kasol, Himachal Pradesh Himachal Pradesh 4.7 (134 reviews)

About This Package

This 5 days 4 nights trip covers three distinct Himachal towns — Jibhi, Manali, and Kasol — each with its own character, from quiet forest villages to Manali's energy and Kasol's café culture. For NCR travellers, it's an unhurried alternative to the more heavily touristed single-destination Himachal trips.

The journey starts with an overnight Volvo from Delhi to Aut, arriving in the quiet village of Gushaini near Jibhi by morning. A walk to Jibhi Waterfall and the Mini Thailand viewpoint sets a relaxed tone, with a riverside bonfire in the evening. Day 3 covers the Jalori Pass to Serolsar Lake trek — a 5 km walk through oak and rhododendron forest to a quiet, algae-green lake. The trip then moves to Manali for Beas River rafting and an evening in Old Manali's café strip, before a final push through the 9.2 km Atal Tunnel into Lahaul Valley's Sissu village and on to Kasol via the Parvati Valley. The trip closes with a visit to the Manikaran Gurudwara's natural hot springs and an optional walk to Chalal village.

The package includes a semi-sleeper Volvo bus from Delhi to Aut and Kasol back to Delhi, with internal transfers by Tempo Traveller, 4 nights of accommodation across Jibhi, Manali, and Kasol, 7 meals through the trip, Beas River rafting charges, the Jibhi bonfire experience, and a dedicated trip captain throughout.

Pack & Go is a Gurugram-based travel agency specialising in planned multi-town road trips for NCR travellers. Our team manages transfers, activity bookings, and daily coordination across all three destinations, so the trip stays focused on the experience rather than the logistics.

This package suits travellers who prefer variety over a single-destination stay — three different Himachal moods in one trip. Group departures are open to travellers aged 18 to 40. Reach out to our team to check current availability and confirm your travel dates.

Day 1: Evening Departure from Delhi

Board the semi-sleeper Volvo from Delhi in the evening. The overnight journey carries you north through the plains and into the Himachal foothills, arriving at Aut in the Tirthan Valley by the next morning.

Meals: None

Day 2: Jibhi Arrival — Waterfall & Mini Thailand Viewpoint

Reach Aut in the morning and transfer by Tempo Traveller to the quiet village of Gushaini near Jibhi. After breakfast, walk to Jibhi Waterfall through a forested path — calm, green and a good stretch after the overnight journey. In the afternoon, visit the Mini Thailand viewpoint, known for its unusual rock formations and wide river views below. Evening is free to explore Jibhi village cafés or sit by the riverside. Bonfire session at the stay if weather permits.

Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 3: Jalori Pass & Serolsar Lake Trek

Early start after breakfast for the drive to Jalori Pass, one of the more accessible high passes in Himachal. From the pass, begin the 5 km easy-to-moderate trek through oak and rhododendron forest to Serolsar Lake — a quiet, algae-green lake ringed by tall trees. Spend time at the lakeside before trekking back to the pass and driving down to Gushaini. Long day but fully worth it.

Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 4: Drive to Manali — Beas Rafting & Old Manali

Check out of Jibhi after breakfast and drive through the Kullu Valley to Manali. On arrival, head straight for river rafting on the Beas — rapids are fun and the mountain-framed river corridor looks great. Check into the Manali hotel, then spend the evening at Old Manali exploring its cafés, street food stalls and local market lanes at your own pace.

Meals: Breakfast

Day 5: Atal Tunnel — Sissu — Drive to Kasol

After breakfast, drive through the Atal Tunnel — one of the longest road tunnels in the world at 9.2 km — emerging into the cold desert landscape of Lahaul Valley. Spend an hour or two in Sissu, a small village with open mountain views and a waterfall nearby. Then drive back through the tunnel and on to Kasol via the Parvati Valley. Evening is for cafe-hopping along the riverside in Kasol.

Meals: Breakfast

Day 6: Manikaran, Chalal Walk & Departure from Kasol

Final morning — visit the Manikaran Gurudwara on the Parvati River, known for its natural hot springs whose water is used to cook langar. Optional 20-minute walk to Chalal village for riverside quiet before the groups take over. Browse the Kasol market in the afternoon, grab a last meal at a cafe, then board the overnight Volvo back to Delhi — arriving by early morning.

Priya Nair — 5 ★

Jibhi was the real surprise — so quiet and green, nothing like the usual tourist spots. Serolsar Lake trek was easy and the views at the top were worth every step. Great trip overall.

Amit Rawat — 4 ★

Did this with a group of 6 friends and everyone had a blast. Beas rafting on Day 3 was the highlight. Only wish we had one more day in Manali but the itinerary was packed in a good way.

Sunita Bhatt — 5 ★

Three very different vibes — Jibhi's forests, Manali's energy and Kasol's chill — all in one trip. Bonfire in Jibhi on the first night set the mood perfectly. Would book again for sure.
