Day 1: Arrival in Phuket & Patong Beach

On arrival at Phuket airport, our representative transfers you to your hotel for check-in. Spend the evening at Patong Beach, browsing the local markets and beachfront stalls. Settle in and get a first taste of Phuket's laid-back island rhythm.

Cancellations made 30 or more days before departure are eligible for a 90% refund of the package cost after deducting processing fees.
Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund of the package cost.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure, including no-shows, are not eligible for any refund.
GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable in all cases.
The booking amount or advance paid is non-refundable if the trip is cancelled by the traveller.
Date changes are subject to availability and may attract a change fee.
Visa processing fees already paid to the embassy or consulate are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
Pack & Go reserves the right to cancel the trip due to natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure, with a full refund provided in such cases.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment source.

Payment Policy

A booking amount of 25% of the total package cost is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days before the date of departure.
Full payment is required at the time of booking if made within 30 days of departure.
